The apartment was equipped with two bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a kitchen with a microwave and fridge. It felt like a home away from home for our family with kids. The comfortable rooms had en suite bathrooms with hairdryers, making our stay convenient and hassle-free. The private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and bidets were a nice touch of luxury. The apartment was air-conditioned, ensuring our comfort during the hot weather. The rooms were well-equipped with a telephone, TV, air conditioning, heating, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Everything we needed was provided.
Personally, I found the feature of having a phone in the room unnecessary in the age of mobile phones.

Close to the railway station and bus stop, there is a parking lot (paid). Nice staff, regular cleaning, towels changed, although we stopped for 2 nights and did not throw them on the floor for replacement. The room is clean, there is everything you need - kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, TV. It is possible to pay with a card.
You can see the hotel's a bummer. There are two shifted mattresses on the double bed, though it didn't interfere with sleep much. There were not enough sockets (there is either a refrigerator or charging the phone by the bed), there was no curtain in the bathroom - water flies to the floor, you can slip. And it would not be bad to replace the hair dryer - it is very weak and it turns on very strangely (you can not scrape).

Everything was impeccably clean and views were lovely!
Location was perfect and comfortable, within short walking distance of everything we needed. Had all brand-new and beautifully maintained rooms to ourselves. We liked early check-in too.

The staff were accommodating and pleasant and we had a very nice stay for a Venice visit. It had a good setting very close to public transportations, Venice-Mestre train station and Verona.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and transportation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our large family. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the availability of a washing machine in the bathroom. The secure off-street parking was a great convenience for our family travels. Additionally, the M9 Mestre Museum and Toniolo Theatre were cultural highlights that added to our overall experience in the area.
For dads, it would be great if the rooms overlooking the street had better soundproofing. Outside noises easily penetrated the windows, making it difficult for our children to sleep peacefully.

It's a great option when you just have to sleep over). Not far from the bus station where the airport shuttle comes in. That's where the Mestre railway station is... Reception is open 24 hours a day: clarified specifically, as they arrived late, the staff is friendly... The room is small, you can even say authentic: very nice) There is a closet, a table, bedside tables. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the linen is clean. The air conditioning was turned on for heat... Very good breakfast: eggs, cereals, slices, pastries, yogurt, fruit.
I did not like the area itself, but maybe because we arrived very late: on the way there were groups of African emigrants, apparently. We didn't feel very comfortable)).

friendly staff, prompt, answer any questions, help, excellent people and workers. Cozy small room, room has one double bed and one single bed, comfortable mattresses, clean bed, lots of towels, balcony. Breakfast is delightful. I read a lot in reviews that in Italy hotels have very little breakfast - this hotel is an exception. Cheese and meat cuts, boiled eggs, muesli, cereals, meats, yogurt, cakes, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, jams, etc. Nearby is a bus stop for a trip to Venice. Near the hotel shop "Goods from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus". I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel is conveniently located near bus and train stations, with frequent transportation for easy access to Venice. the surrounding area doesn't feel very safe. the rooms are clean, and the daily breakfast is hearty with friendly, hard-working staff.
The hotel could use a bit of updating to improve comfort and convenience.

The hotel matches its price, we did not expect much from it and did not receive much. We arrived in the evening, parked near the hotel, paid for parking until 16:00 the next day, spent the night and took the train to Venice in the morning. The station is not far, the ticket is cheap, so if you want to save money, it's a good option. Definitely would not have spent the night in Venice itself, it was a pity to look at people lifting their suitcases on bridges with steps.
I did not like the fact that, in our view, it looks very much like a brothel of 90s American films. But it's already purely our association. I didn't like the fact that there was no curtain in the shower.

Good location, reasonably priced, near bus stops and railway station, very easy to reach Venice 24/7
Sometimes heating problems; only one extra blanket in a triple room

Our family had a great time exploring the M9 Museum and Toniolo Theatre in Mestre. The museum offered a unique and interactive experience, perfect for children of all ages. The theatre showcased an amazing performance that captivated both kids and adults alike. It was a great opportunity for our family to immerse ourselves in the local culture and appreciate the arts.
For dads, it would be great to have a small playground area for the children to enjoy within the hotel premises.
